Return Policy

At Mac-Central, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Conditions:

1. Return Period:

    • You have 60 days from the delivery date to return an item.

2. Item Condition:

    • The item must be in its original condition as sent and undamaged. Has to be sent with the charger. 

3. Receipt or Proof of Purchase:

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Devices damaged due to customer's use. 
  • Items purchased after 60 days of purchase. 

Return Process:

1. Contact:

    • Reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process. You can do this via email or phone.

2. Return Authorization:

    • Once you have contacted us, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

3. Shipping the Item:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to the provided address.

4. Inspection and Refund:

    • Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition. Once the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs has to be paid by the buyer unless the return is the result of our error.
