Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mac-Central. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns of unused products within 30 of delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately.

2. Conditions for Return

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories.
Used products can only be returned if they are defective. Cosmetic imperfections are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

4. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
